Check in process with the website was not satisfying - first complicated and then we had to print the ticket, at the counter they didn’t even use the printed version, so why write it as a rule online? No food and no drinks and really little space Booking experience with baolao and at the Siem reap airport was great! Lisa

The airline changed the gate at the last minute, which caused a delay and significant inconvenience. I left my stroller at the gate as instructed, but when I retrieved it at Da Lat, I discovered that it had been damaged. I have traveled for three years with this stroller across multiple countries, and no airline has ever caused any damage to it. I am very disappointed with the handling and would like an explanation and appropriate compensation for the damage. Wenyu  

Check in is a disaster - expect to wait an hour with depressingly long queues. Though flight delayed. - as expected with the airlines reputation- the plane was fairly new, crew friendly , efficient and competent, captain gave announcements about flight so felt safe and sensible. James

I really hope someone actually reads this. The website itself (baolau) is good great for booking trains, buses etc but the airline vietjet is awful. I had a flight March 28th to HCMC to go to Japan. The plane was delayed a few hours causing me to miss my flight to Japan but here’s the worse part, when I got to HCMC airport the people at the desk had me pay 1 million Vietnamese Dong because apparently it was my fault I missed the flight.??.. Now I’m stuck at the airport for 30 plus hours because they didn’t want to book me a hotel or any accommodations. If your flying in Vietnam be cautious because a lot of the workers are money hungry and will try to get you in any way. Kevin

Un incident grave s'est produit lors du check in à l'aéroport de Danang. Le boarding pass obtenu on line 24h avant mentionnait notre nom de famille et notre prénom. Comme notre passeport mentionne lui notre nom de famille et l'ensemble de nos prénoms (en France nous pouvons avoir jusqu'à 4 prénoms) l'employé de la compagnie nous a racketté de l'argent pour faire une rectification de nom et prénoms pour ma femme et moi. Avec la même compagnie nous n'avions pas eu ce problème avec le vol de Bangkok à Hanoi. Jean

I’m deeply dissatisfied with your airline. It seems that delays of up to two hours have become a norm on all flights I’ve taken. This includes my recent journeys from Hanoi to Da Nang and from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. Such frequent delays are incredibly frustrating, not only for me but also for my wife. It severely affects our travel plans and overall experience. I urge you to address this issue with urgency and improve the punctuality of your services. Isa  

Very uncomfortable seats, not even drinking water is provided on flight, long queues at checkin even at odd hours due to shortage of staff, overall bad experience. Ranpal  

The airline loaded EVERYONE'S luggage on the wrong airplane. The flight was delayed 5 hours and everyone on the plane arrived to Hanoi without our suitcases. I have never experienced an airline misplacing all passengers' bags. Kathyleen

I originally booked the flight for 11:20, then while doing check-in, i saw that my flight is postponed till 12:45, bud finally we were send to an another flight at 14:45… thats more than 4h of changes WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION.. not again.
